Nine ways to put the cup in a hand. The Fellowship Cup arrives filled and sealed, with juice alone or juice and a wafer, in boxes from 100 to 500; two bundles pair the juice-only cup with gluten free bread or wafers. Empty cups come as recyclable plastic by the 500 or 1,000 or as reusable glass by the box of 20, and all of them are cut to the holes of a standard tray. The choice is really between filling cups yourself and opening a box.

Every piece is food grade stainless steel in a brass or silver finish, so the first decision is the finish and the second is whether juice and bread go down the row once or twice.

What Broadman Church Supplies builds into the line
Everything fits the same tray
Plastic cups, glass cups and Fellowship Cups are all sized for the holes of a standard communion tray, and the RemembranceWare disks hold 40 or 32 of them. A church can change from filling plastic cups to opening pre-filled ones without buying new trays.
Stainless steel under both finishes
Brass and silver RemembranceWare pieces are the same food grade stainless steel; the brass hue comes from a multi-step finishing process. Trays stack up to five high with double rounded edges, and the inserts and covers carry a 5-year guarantee.
One-pass serving built in
The Fellowship Cup seals a wafer above the juice, and the one-pass tray puts a 40-piece bread insert in the middle of 32 cups. Either way the elements pass down a pew once, which halves the time a large service spends on distribution.
Sizes that follow the church
Fellowship Cups run 100, 250 and 500 to a box, plastic cups 500 or 1,000, trays one at a time or two in a starter kit. A church plant and a congregation of a thousand buy from the same catalogue at a different line.
What Broadman Church Supplies pieces are made of
RemembranceWare trays, disks, inserts and covers are food grade stainless steel. The silver pieces are the bare finish; the brass pieces get their color through a multi-step finishing process, and both clean with mild soap, water and a soft cloth rather than polish. Edges are double rounded so a tray can be passed hand to hand without a sharp rim.
Cups come three ways. The disposable plastic cup is recyclable, about 3/4 ounce, and clear enough to pass for glass; the glass cup is dishwasher safe and reusable, 1 1/2 inches tall with a flared rim. The Fellowship Cup is a sealed plastic cup, BPA-free with recycle code 6, holding a 100% Concord grape juice blend reconstituted from concentrate with natural flavors and colors and a wafer of flour, water and a trace of salt.
The soft bread squares are wheat flour, shortening, salt and water, unleavened and crumb-free, in a resealable bag; the gluten free wafers are potato starch, made in a dedicated facility and free of dairy, egg, peanut, fish and shellfish. Fellowship Cups need no refrigeration and stay fresh until the date stamped on the box when stored cool, dry and out of sunlight.

A church plant meeting in a school
The starter kit puts two trays, two bread inserts, a cover, 100 plastic cups and a filler in one box that serves about 64. Add the soft bread squares and a bottle of juice and the whole table packs back into the carton on Sunday afternoon.
A congregation of several hundred
Five hundred Fellowship Cups go straight from the box into the trays, with no filling line in the kitchen and no bread plate to pass. The one-pass trays carry them with a bread insert for anyone who prefers the squares.
The pastor on hospital rounds
The portable set carries 25 cups, a 3 ounce juice bottle and bread for 38 in a padded case with a magnetic closure; the Traveler is the half-inch-thick version for a coat pocket. The Legacy set adds six glass cups and a steel tray for a bedside table.
A gluten free table every week
The bundles pair juice-only Fellowship Cups with gluten free bread or round wafers made in a dedicated facility, so the separate plate is already counted and packed. The 50-count wafer pouch covers a small group on its own.
About the Broadman Church Supplies range
The range covers the whole communion table: cups to drink from, bread and wafers, the trays that carry them and the cases that take them out of the building. Twenty-seven items make up the catalogue, split into cups and RemembranceWare serving pieces, with the bread, portable sets and anointing oil on this page.
Two ideas hold the line together. Everything is sized to a standard tray, so cups and serving pieces mix freely; and the serving pieces are stainless steel in two finishes, so a church can grow a matching set over years. The pre-filled Fellowship Cup is the newer branch, built for churches that would rather open a box than fill cups.
A church starting from nothing is covered by the starter kit and a box of 100 Fellowship Cups or 500 plastic cups. Trays already on the shelf are extended by the bread inserts and one-pass trays. For serving outside the sanctuary, the three portable sets differ only in size and in whether the cups are plastic or glass.
This is an independent catalogue of the range, not the manufacturer's own shop.
